maps - postcode - find quick?

I'm looking for ideas please.

I have a number of trade customers around the UK whom I pass retail customers on to.

I'd like a way of quickly finding the nearest trade customer when a retail customer calls.

At present I have a spreadsheet with all my trade customers listed in postcode order, however I'm stuck when I don't have a trade customer in the same postcode area, so have to resort to actually looking on a map which can take time.

I have seen website where you can add specific locations, but have not been able to find one now that I'm looking....:(

Dunno if this will help, but there is a bit of software called MYOB (mind your own business) it allows you to create lists of customer and clients and to chose what info you want to see, it also has a great search function which i think would help. You can give it a try by downloading a free trial.
