"Reverse charge applies"

What does "Reverse charge applies" mean on an invoice? It is by the VAT box, on an invoice from a regular supplier who hasn't changed their T&Cs, and with whom I'm not in any dispute.

What services is the invoice for? And where is the supplier?

Invoice is for dog treats, supplier in Wales, (so none of the EU zero VAT stuff), June date, low 4 figures, VATable at standard rate.
