Thanks for that link. I am preparing a document with the objective to get commissioned by the LDA. This link is very useful.

I have talked to the LDA and SEEDA about this. What are you preparing? It would be interesting to see who would like a bid and what they will be offering. There was a topic about this already that discussed members maybe grouping together.

Yes, I may need to source digital designers and illustrators.

I print card games for schools and thought about making one for the 2012 Olympics. There's a bit more to it than that but you can appreciate why I'm not disclosing all the info about it. :?

i know we all rush to make a buck or two from this.

but just what are they going to do with it once its all over?
More money wasted?
Will a profit actually be made from this?
Olympic village and the like?

Contract bids for the demolition of the temporary structures and then the remaining structures will be used for other purposes. There is an explanation in the document on the website.

Be careful with copyright on this one (which I'm sure you will be) they are aggressively defending any unauthorised or even implied connection with 2012!

I was actually refering to getting it commisioned by the LDA. I have something up my sleeve that I will try.
