Website Downloader?

Could anyone recommend a website downloader with the option just for dealing with single pages?

This isn't for backups, mainly for off-web viewing and research, and I'm not keen on programs from anonymous publishers for obvious security reasons (there's a lot of Eastern European stuff out there).
