FTP upload (Photoshop/Streamline)

Hi

I am trying to upload files from Photoshop to Streamline - the files seem to be uploading ok no problems with connections, and it says it's been uploaded..but when I go in to STP there is nothing there.

Any tips for a none IT literate person.

I have a feeling there could well be a support contract out there for someone!

Don't use Photoshop to do the upload; look at getting an FTP client such as FileZilla to transfer the files.

Yeah that's how i'd do it filezilla's free as well so no cost. I didn't even know you could FTP files with photoshop.
