I formed my ltd co in October last year but it has never traded. My old accountant said all I had to do was filed a DS01 and pay the £10 fee. Is this correct? Do I not have to file an annual return or company accounts?

Thank you so much! I can breathe again now. I found old threads on here where some posters seemed to be saying you still had to file accounts and return if the company hadn't been put in to dormant status, so I was very confused.
