Recommendations of budget UK hosts for a small site please?

Any recommendations on a budget webhost with servers in the UK which offers the following please:

100Mb storage
1G data transfer
CGI-BIN
Cpanel
Great uptime

Don't need any fancy features. Just for a static site with one Amazon webservices script (http://www.mrrat.com/aws/index.html).

Thank you. They do look good :)

However, they only offer Coldfusion and Microsoft hosting. I'm looking for cpanel which is a type of control panel I've had many years experience of using.

or maybe vshosting or TWD Hosting also from these forums?

I think they both offer cpanel.
