I would send free samples to all the glossy mags that are relevant to your market and see if one will pick you up and do a small pr article on your site. :)

Go out and buy 180 quids worth of ready meals and spend £20 on the book 'The Art of SEO'. Lock your self in your office for a week, read the book, digest it and put some energy into promoting your site using the info in the book. With a budget of only £200 it's down to you and you alone to make your site work.

I don't wish to sound harsh, but there's no other way of telling you the truth. If that really is the extent of your budget, you will be far better off shutting up shop now and not wasting any more money. You will not be able to achieve much for £200.

Let's work this out the other way round. In 12 months time, what level of sales would you like your site to be achieving?

There are many ways you can increase your traffic, as suggested by tomsk send samples to magazine and newspaper editrs.

Do you use Social Media (Twitter, Facebook)? Have giveaways and competitions?

Do you promote off site i.e. in the real world rather than just online?

What do you put in your email campaigns? Just special offers/member exclusives/promote new products/give discounts for introducing friends or recommendations?

There are also a lot of beauty blogs out there that may do reviews of prodcuts or welcome guest blogs from you to promote on their websites.

Having a website isn't just about the SEO (although it helps!) ;)

You can increase your traffic even if you don't have enough budget just do different SEO strategy like blog posting and social bookmarking.

You need to work on your Organic SEO strategies so that you can get good traffic once you achieved that you can do the PPC for your site
