Hi

Does anyone know of software that exists for making appointments online but that recognises a set amount of time has been allocated to the customer (lets say 5 hrs) and as each customer makes online appointments (let say they are 1hr, 15 mins, 30 mins, etc) that once each appointment is made, it depletes the allocated time remianing so they can only book appointments subject to having enough time, and if they want to buy more time, they can do, either within this system when logged into their account, or externally through some script that speaks to the scheduling software (somehow). It might well not exist, or there may be something similar that can be configured or we might have to get this created from scratch.

Any ideas or suggestions/recommendations much appreciated (oh, and costs please, do have a budget for this so not looking for a $50 cheap bit of software or expecting a lot for not a lot, prepared to pay a reasonable amount for the right thing.

There are a few systems like this: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wass/. It is Open Source and therefore free to download. There are many packages on sourceforge for specific industries (i.e. Vets, Doctors, Hair Dressers, Students, etc).
