Could someone point me in the right direction please?

I want to set up an email account which can be used by about 100 people, mostly infrequently, total mails about 20 a week.

I want it simple as many potential users still think email is devil's spawn/steals their souls etc.

I would like three pre written letters to be chosen from, very small details to be added, (Date, Time, name, location).

Also I would like the address and a CC to be automatically added when a pre written letter is chosen.

I've had a look at Gmail and the Canned Responses addon, but it doesn't do it all.

Oh, heh, no budget. It's a community project.

Thoughts received with thanks.

You could perhaps try a greasemonkey script...

Wouldn't Greasemonkey have to be installed on everybody's machines?
Bit daunting...(some are at the "what's a browser?" stage of life.)

Yeah I hear you, the thing is virtually anything you try will need learning to some degree, and the installation of greasemonkey is pretty easy, click here for addon and then click here for script, accept script. Job done. :)

Its a one time thing only...

Failing that, you could do more on the server side using something like http://libgmail.sourceforge.net , but would have to create the whole interface.
