Hello business forum people

I have recently decided to offer a 100% guarantee on all our products. If people are not totally satisfied then we will reprint the order or refund the printing cost. We do of course have conditions on this, one is that the customer must request a sample before ordering. Also the customer must follow our design and upload regulations, if however we do not impress the customer with the printing we will give a refund or reprint.

Do other people have this level of confidence in their products? Before I made this offer I thought long and hard about it, I decided that I am so confident in my products that I can offer such a guarantee to my customers.

We have given 2 refunds and done 1 reprint since opening MK Printing. The reasons why we had to do these 3 because we cut a card incorrectly, we printed a flyer 5mm to large and we printed a flyer with the same artwork both sides. All of the customers we refunded or reprinted, have since bought from us.

We are not claiming to be perfect. We do have a great company with excellent clients. 99.9% of the orders that go out are totally fault free and we get excellent feedback, but there will always be one order where there is a problem. We recognise this is a small issue and we give people the confidence in buying from us by offering the refund or reprint if this happens to them.

I have been offering this for the last week and we have had several orders on the strength of it. It does give people that extra confidence and also the safety net when buying from you. This is the sort of customer service I expect when I purchase anything. If someone does not deliver the product of service to the promised standard, then I should not pay.

What are people’s thoughts on this?

Matt, MK Printing

I have total confidence in everything we do. When I was starting out in design, I didnt. But now with almost 7 years under my belt and a business partner with 12, I am confident in all our services.

We offer a complete 100% refund on everything as standard and have never had to use it.

I offer a 100% money back guarentee on all products purchased from my product shop and gallery, but not on commission works as I always work to the brief. If a customer is unhappy with the final outcome i will change it or re-paint it until they are satisfied. Thankfuly I've never had to give a refund and only once had to alter a colour slightly.

Unlike most people in my field, I believe that I should only get paid for earning my clients money.

So, I guarantee my work: double your money or a full refund.

That way, I'm not an expense, I'm an investment.

See http://www.greaterprofitsguaranteed.com/hire.html for the details fo my guarantee.
