I always hate using google in front of clients as it makes it look like I don't know what I am doing.
The answer has just been solved.

I am not sure if I will use it though it seems a bit dishonest.

Excellent.
That is class. Not because it might make one appear more highbrow, but it filters out all the garbage and advertisements. Admittedly it only shows a small number of results, but have tried it here on 3 different searches, and got what i wanted.

Type in 'm' after the first results, it comes up with a lot more! If I did get caught using it in front of clients I will explain I use it because its quicker than google :).

thanks, i hadn't read the "Man pages".
Ive just made it my home page. I'm used to working in bash shells, so its home away from home.

Best link I've ever seen! Thanks so much.
So many times I've forgotten that cmd line prompt or what service to disable to fix something or simply not sure how to fix a software problem and had to google it in front of a customer. You know they're thinking 'well I could have done that'. Now I can look more professional while they're looking over my shoulder! If they ask I wouldn't lie and say it's a specialised search engine.
Nice one :)

Surely anyone not using Google doesn't know what they are doing!
Good link though. :)

Best laugh I've had all week! It's a lovely toy. (Isn't Linux lovely for blinding low-brows with science!)

Wont google just stop feeding it results I think it has something in to stop to many searches from the same IP address - maybe it has already since it did not work for me
