I am launching an online magazine soon, and currently looking for competition prizes. I'm looking to promote the business who donates the prize (and question)
FAO the legalheads, are they any legal implications in holding such a competition - any disclaimers, notices I should be including?
I obviously want to promote the competitions to get more people subscribing, thus plugging my businesses.
