I seem to have an email silence from people I have been expecting to hear from since last night. I have just been running round this forum like a headless chicken and I'm sure I briefly saw someone say that they and their customers all reported someones emails as spam.

Could that be the case here guys ???? ... I can't find the post now :(

Don't panic, it is probably (hopefully) a different problem.

Are you saying you're not getting email from anyone or just a few particular individuals?

I’m still experiencing problems with my email account :|

4 or 5 days ago 300 emails suddenly appeared in my inbox. Amongst them were some responses to fault logs raised by my email addy but not by me :|

This is all very confusing …. Any ideas anyone?

Cheers Guys

Hiya Denise, my son had his account hacked into the other day and everyone received spam mails from his address. Can you get someone on here to check it out for you or is that a sore point reference your cryptic posts last time? xx

Try deleting your internet history, including your temporary internet files and all cookies, as that could be one of the methods of re-directing you.

Not neccesarily normal, but it is easy to follow a dodgy link or click on a real looking login. The Norton websafe program (Something like that, I forget the name) is quite good at protecting you from bad websites.

The internet is a scary place sometimes!

Do you have good security software on your PC - if you don't then this is the tip of the iceberg in terms of problems you'll encounter?

Deleting your history and creating new passwords is pointless if you are infected because everything you type will be recorded and despatched to some scumbag in a distant corner of the world.

If you think you have been infested with something you can download this tool for free - it's world class stuff, I wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't.
