Hi all!

I am 16 years old and i have just started my own business. I have everything i need except for a business bank account so that i can take cheques in the business name and apply for a payment processor such as World Pay. I am having real trouble with getting an account open because i am only 16, i read a thread about Barclays letting under 18's open an account with them but when i had a personal account with them they were less than impressive with their in-branch customer care. Do you guys know of any other banks that would be willing to open a business account with either me as the account holder or a member of my family being the account holder and me being a signatory?

I would be really grateful if you guys could give me some help.

Thanks

basically your problem is under 18 you can't sign into a financial agreement, best bet get folks to do it until you are 18 - just slap it in their name!

Cheers,

Rob.

Hi

Try searching "bank accounts for under 18's", just do and picked up on a few that do it.

All you have to do then is ring them and find out if the do a business account for 16 year olds.
