Hi guys. I am trying to set up all the Outlook (and OE) programs to send all emails using a specific stationery. However I can't seem to create a stationary that is simply our logo and address details. I tried create a blank email with our signature and saving it as stationery but it says it will appear blank because there is no background image.
Can anyone shed any light?

Hi Angel,

You could try creating it as a Signature instead of a Stationery. You do this in Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures>New. You should be able to copy and paste your logo and add your address details.

Good luck.

I use the signature and its much easier - couldnt get to grips with the stationery thing at all!

Not sure if this is what your looking for.

Create logo with address (letterhead) in pagemaker etc, select the logo and copy and save it as a Gif or Jpg. Open OE. and select message, new message using, select stationery, create new. this opens the stationery wizard, tick the picture box then navigate to the Giff or Jpg file you saved and save the new file.

Tools, options, mail format:

Stationary picker, click 'new' and follow instructions

It's pretty straightforward.
