Firstly I am a newbie so hello to all !
I am looking to up my shares in a small ltd company from 10% to 33.3333% as a main shareholder is looking to get out.
The company has been trading for 20 years apart from the last 2, which ius why I want to get in and turn things around.
I've looked into the last 5 years accounts and the Directors loan account has steadily reached 70k.
Is this something that should concern me and should I ask our accountant why this is?
I must admit its making me think twice...
..thanks in advance to any replies.
