Hello Peeps ... I'm setting up a Wordpress Blog and I will be doing "Inpiration Boards" on there for weddings, interiors ... etc etc bla bla ...
Does anyone know if there's a plug in which would make the thing look like just one Inspiration Board (Iimage) but where the images are individually clicky and linky?

A 'page' with lots of different images on... like a scrap book / notepad. And each image is clickable?

Hi Zeal ... I take it you don't like my Techi Talk then :D ...
I think so ... but it would be better if it could be inserted into the page or post so I can still babble underneath it (babble being more techi talk :D )

Well.. sort of on the same wave length! And please... less of the Techi Talk Denise! lol!
I have a plug-in some where what does exactly that.... I'm just sitting down to eat some "Levi Roots - Coconut Chicken + Rice" thing... (quick microwave meal!) He's a legend though!
But i'll dig it out / look for it shortly.

Looking for it now, will post once I dig through my drive :rolleyes:
humm - I've lost it... it maybe installed on a blog - but the server has been down for 3 days now :mad::mad:
However, you can embed a 'flash' photo gallery using something like this: http://www.no3dfx.com/polaroid/
click + hold to drag pictures around, double click to view larger picture.
I'll look on the server once it's back up though..
A wordpress alternative... not as good though:

The 1st one looks cute but it doesn't look like I'll be able to do the clicky linky thing with it ... still trying to understand the second one :D
If you have any programs to edit the flash file - you can add that 'feature'.
btw - is that the kind of "image layout" you wanted? or would you be happy with a sort of gallery view?

I use nextgen on my site. It allows static galleries and flash slideshows. Takes a wee bit of setting up but works well.

Sorry for the delay guys ... random location and sheep interference wth mobile dongle again :mad:
OK ... I made a mock up of what I would want it to kind of look like but obviously this is all just 1 image instead of like a frame which holds individual images ... each image would have different url's out to where they belong though with a clicky linky and room for me to babble and scribble too :D

Thats normally made for turning your whole blog into a photoblog... however - there's a feature which just lets you have a "photoblog post".
I've not tried it my self... but might be worth a punt?
p.s - I HATE 'snapshots' on webpages :(

when you hover any links on your blog - it comes up with a "snap shot" of the webpage in a pop up style box..
It's horrid! (only my view though!)

I know ... it's only just started doing that and I don't know which button I pressed to make it happen :| ... I thought only I could see it :eek:
It's an option you can nuke in Wordpress.com
Kill it in Appearance>extras.

Sorry guys ... this is my fault cos I is dumb :( ... I just assume that peoples know what I mean and I assume that the the internet also knows my head and therefore everything I need is out there somewhere already :redface:
Tomorrow I'll put together a proper mock up and a proper description :)
I can't promise I wont talk techi talk or chicken babble though :eek: xx
