Help with web survey please

Hi

Has anyone here designed a web survey?

I want to collect information that can be presented to my clients / advertisers.

What program could you recommend for this and any guidelines for the questions to be asked?

Hi Roz,

I'm in the process of putting one together for KashFlow. Andy at 10 Yetis has been a great help with formulating the correct questions so that the data collected can be used for PR (our main reason for doing it)

I'm don't know of any readily available websites that help you do this, although I am sure there must be some (if not then I know what my next project will be!)

Instead, I'm just putting something together on our site that will put the data into our own database for easy analysis.

You should check out www.surveymonkey.com - very reasonably priced (free, I think, for the first 100 responses), and easy to set up.
