Good evening, I have been told about this forum by a good friend, so here I am. I am an experienced and successful DJ based in sunny Sussex, I am very client focussed, and keen to learn and to improve my business, so this looks like a very useful online community.
A bit about me? OK, I am a married father of 2 (boy 7, girl 10), I work daytime as a systems support engineer on some hefty unix boxes. I am passionate about music, and I don't tolerate racism, stupidity, or homophobia.
I will have a good look around in the next few days, and look forward to some good discussions.
Cheers,
Brian

Hi Brian - welcome.
Just a quick note about your site; it's widely recognised that using frames isn't good for search engine results. You might want to consider revising the format. :)
Cheers,
Mark :)

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the heads up, I widely recognise this fact too, and have the beginnings of a new php site (http://preview.hosts.co.uk/~dancemix.co.uk/index.php) on its way, but the web designer who is a friend, appears to be quite unreliable, so I will probably be looking for another one before long, as I was expecting this to go live in November 2005, and I am still waiting.
Cheers,

Well, you've come to the right place. Web designers breed here.

That's a shame - that's a nice looking site. I always prefer black. ;)

Hi Brian
Welcome to UKBF. If you need another PHP developer I am sure you will find someone here. (Then again if you want to convert to the dark side you know where to find me :) )
To everyone else I can thoroughly recommend Brian as a DJ. I have previously booked him for an event. Not only was he an excellent DJ but I was amazed at the quality and quantity of the equipment he has. It far exceeded what would be expected for the venue.
