Hi forum,
I have started something new, well for me at least.

I have started a blog outlining my story of setting up a "real internet Business"

There is no advertising on the blog, it is not a how to guide, it is just a real time diary of how i am setting up my business and driving it forward.

I would like your comments on this, both the blog and the concept of advertising my successes and failing in business!

http://realinternetbusiness.blogspot.com/

As you can see i am a blogging novice, and at present have opted for a free blog from blogger.com, i may well incorporate it into my site at some stage but it doesn't fit the genre so probably not.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum

Well I'm not a writer so I'm not going to try and appraise your writing style. But I would lose the "half arsed" phrase. I think these sort of phrases are okay in an informal situation such as this, but in a more serious situation, I wouldn't use them.

It did make me laugh though - the "half arsed" phrase that is, not your blog! :)

Dave,
thanks for the comment.

I am not sure whther i should be formal with it though. There are loads of formal blogs like this....

I have changed this post as basically the general gist of things is that being to onest about "half arsed business'" may alienate potential customers...these people need to buy cars aswell so to speak!
Plus from a PR point of view i do not want to be making to many negative "waves"

Any other thoughts would be appreciated: the blog has been updated!
