Much is said about fitness issues in relation to work. A good level of fitness is supposed to reduce stress, help clear your mind, and in so doing, creating a better 'mind-set' to focus on our businesses.
I have always been fitness oriented, but ceased when I commence getting my business up and running. I have recently returned to the gym (1 hour sessions at 6.30am) and have noticed an incredible difference. I suppose firstly, it is the accomplishment of getting back and doing it, but it has also made me feel better during the day. Perhaps healthy body/healthy mind is a true cliche'.
What value do you put on fitness in your business? Would you consider increasing your fitness level if there were stats to prove the benefit to your business?
Cheers, Nigel
