Download the FastStack Windows Installer for 5.5.2 with MySQL from here: (http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/download/helper.html?dl=/frs/download.php/6808/sugarcrm-CE-5.5.2-windows-installer.exe)http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/download/sugar-suite.html. That will install everything you need on a Windows desktop machine.

You might want to consider Vtiger. It could be a fork of sugarcrm. Plus I believe there is an installer which provides the wamp enviro for you (Windows Apache MySQL php). http://www.vtiger.com is the link.

Isthere one out there that add leads for you like searches sites for leads as i dont have any and add them though sites myself at the moment.
