I'm interested to know why?
I think it looks very professional, nice clean design and easy to follow. The layout is clear, you have plenty of calls to action on your homepage as well as nicely laid out navigation along the top and left.

Same here, I would just leave it as it is.

The design is fine and it's the content you should take a look at.
I think some comments were made here:

Looks fine, but I'd put the printers and laptops somewhere else as the word INK springs to mind when I visit your site and if I'd come via google INK would be the first thing I'd want to see.

Fraid not. It's me too. The word "stinks" just stands out.

I have to say I think - who's lowco? everytime I see the word.
Sorry :(
Maybe you could add a hyphen in there ?
low-cost-inks.com sort of thing

Even doing that, I still read it as 'stinks'. It's probably because I hear it when I read it, so if you read it quickly, that's how it sounds.

I also have this problem and think the suggestion made by Matrix is a good solution.

Make clickable links more obvious so that the use doesn't have to mouse over to see it is a link.
Colour up visited links, make text resizable
do you really need a forum? It either looks empty and reflects badly on your traffic or people spam it or post uncomplimentary comments about your service without coming to you first to sort it out.
You don't often see them on shops because they are a bit of a liabilty in these respects.
Good luck - it looks ok

I was about to make the same comment; I plan to avoid lowco. Maybe a dash would help: lowcost-inks.
I had the same reaction to forumsuk: Why does the forum suck? I have been hesitant to point this out before now because I didn't want to sound insensitive or to undermine someone's hard work. Nonetheless, I would want to know if someone misread my name so, for what it's worth, here's the comment.
