Does anyone else use this and if so have you encountered any problems such as it causing your screen to freeze?

yes i did use it for a while. Took it off in the end

Silly things like the thing losing connection eachtime u block someone.
Then of course i find it harder to move around in it as well.

Among other reasons i took it off. I prefer the 7.5 to be honest :-)

Ahh right I did wonder. Shame as I love the way the file sharing works. Maybe I will go back to the older version for now then.

To be fair this is perhaps y it does not work as well on an xp platform.
i also like the file and music sharing on it.
To be honest though i think they have more work to do on it.
Though again to be fair we are made aware of this wen we download it and use it. It is after all a Beta version :-)

I shall not be reverting back to it though :-)

Well 7.5 had bugs and stuff in the beta. People kept going back to 6.2 but now it's stable. Give them time and they'll sort it out. That's what betas are for afterall...

I uninstalled MSN 8 on my laptop yesterday, put MSN 7.5 back on and now I have a software problem and my laptop wont let me boot it up. Keeps getting to the blue screen and restarting :(
