hi all,
we are a new recruiting agency.
we are not able to get any clients because most of the clients are already tied up with other agencies. Any suggestions as to what we should do?

compared to current rates in the market we already offer way to less, i dint get u on incentive????????
One of the great joys of this recession is screwing agencies down from the 22% they all love to charge, right down to single digits.
So you may find you don't have a price advantage at all.

Incentives could range from:
-tell a freind about us if they join Ill give you a percentage of what they paid me.
OR
-receive first months free service
OR
-receive a gift
OR
Offer a discount. Up to you, be creative and what you see will fit best to get more people to join / buy. Either way incentives work though.

Slightly wierd statement! That's a bit like saying we can't get any website clients because all businesses already have a website!
Competition is present in every industry unless of course you invent a new industry and are the first to market. You need a unique selling point like every other business and then you need to communicate that point to as many people in your target market as possible. Much easier to say then it is to do, but that's where you should be thinking.
Start with a marketing strategy (who your target it, where they 'hang out' and what you are going to do to get their attention). Then start to build on this. It's not easy, but only you can make these decisions, nobody on a forum is going to give you the solution to this.
Hope it works out for you.

I agree with NuBlue.
Make your customer feel comfortable in doing business with you.
I think this is the only reason because of which my business. You cannot have cost advantage every time. Its your service what is going to matter.
