Hi all.
A friend of mine's dad owns a snooker hall with a bar etc. He wants to hold tournaments, basically where people pay to enter, the winner gets the prize money, its to try and attract more customers. He wants to hold these regularly. What are the laws on this? Is it possible?
Also he has a few rooms spare. He says that the next big thing is Texas Hold'em Poker. Its hitting the UK big time now. He would also like to know the laws on hsting these events as he knows hundreds of people who play online, he has had enquiries to host them. Same again, you pay to enter, the winner takes all. What are the laws on this.
