Hi

Thought I'd post this here rather then the Kashflow forum as there are more accountants here (I think anyway)

What is the best way to get the data in Kashflow to our accountant, I dont like the fact you can't have multiple users for one account so at the moment I'd have to give my accountant our username and password, how does everyone else get around this?

Have you tried emailing kashflow? They're pretty good at answering on the quick.

They may suggest some sort of csv export or something similar

It's never bneen a problem here as we are Kashflow partners, but there is an add on that allows different user rights

Alternatively, you can export T/B and other data to CSV files. Probably best to ask your accountant exactly what he/ she wants

As said above, it'd be best to ask your accountant what they want.

You can give them a Trial Balance as a summary or a complete export in a fomat that can be imported into Sage, plus a whole load of options inbetween
