Different adverts on double sided flyer?

I need a flyer designing but only need one side for the purpose of the flyer, but looking at the cost it doesnt seem much more to design and print both sides. Therefore I was wondering what people thought to having a flyer designed/printed where each side advertises a different business (I have 2 businesses). They are totally different granted, but wouldnt it be better to advertise my second business anyway, for not much more in cost, rather than a single sided flyer? Thoughts?

What are both businesses? I would say that it is probably a good idea if it doesn't cost that much more because not everyone will look on the other side as soon as they get it.

wouldnt 2 different businesses on the same flyer confuse people and send mixed messages?

what i did with mine is advertise the sports betting, poker and casino on one side which would more likely appeal to mean and advertised the bingo on the other side which would normally attrack more women. I know its abit stereotypical but it made sense, maybe you could look at doing something like that

sarah844 - If you were to advertise a business on each side I think it'd be important to make sure that it was obvious that the businesses are different.
