Standing Order Form templates

Just wondering if anyone can help me with where i can obtain a Standing Order Template please.

I've looked everywhere that i can think of and useless at creating one.

Dose anyone have a standing order template? I have asked my bank and they say that they don't have one I could use??

I want to use it to take monthly payments from my clients but I'm unsure of the process of setting up the payments without relying on the client to use his online/phone banking. Do I get them to just fill in their firms bank details then hand in/post to the relevant bank branch.

Anyone any experiance of taking payments this way?:|

If you email me in the morning I'll gladly send you one I designed and use.

I dont think you'll find any of the banks will give you any you can use.

All of our clients pay by monthly standing order and it works very well for us and the clients.

We send a standing order mandate to the client when we send our intial set-up documents for signature and ask the client to fill it in and pass it to their bank or (preferably) just use the details to set up the standing order via online banking. We've never had any problems doing it this way.
