Hi,
We can provide charities with free 0844 numbers. We simply point these at UK landlines and provide 2 pence per minute on all calls received (£1.20 per hour on the phone).
These are also useful if you place adverts in the press and need to know where your calls are coming from, i.e. we can allocate a number per advert and point them all at the same landline if required. When we send you a monthly report it will list how many calls each number received, therefore, establishing the response rate for each advert. The numbers are free and there are no set up costs. All calls made to the numbers are changed at local rates. We would pay charities monthly in arrears for all calls received.
If you currently have an 0844 or 0845 number and are being charged a monthly or annual fee for its use then we may be able to transfer it to our company and remove all your fees.
