What Job Title?

My sister-in-law is looking for a job at the moment working within the banking industry.

She came across a position that she is qualified to do, but the job title does not say much, so.....

Does anyone know what an 'Acquiring and Chargeback Clerk' would do?

She asked me and I have got no idea! :)

At a guess could be related to credit/debit/DD/SO payments when customers dispute a payment and a chargeback is made against the merchant/recipient and payment acquired for the customer

Refunds and repayments in simple terms. It will depend on the Job Description itself
