What is the best way of marketing Mobile content?

I am just entering into mobilecontent business(Selling ringtones etc).
I want to market it to the consumers in UK. I am still confused as in what is the best way of reaching the end consumers.(Internet marketing,newspapers etc)

are you selling direct or reselling.

I built a complete content system and have good knowledge of this industry, however I now use a french based reseller as my focus has shifted elsewhere.
