hi help needed for web site

i have been trying to get a friend to design my web site that he promised to do but we are no further on than we were 6 months ago
i sell aromatherapy products and i am trying to link my email address to my web site name as they are the same
i have been poorly the last few years so money is tight as i have only got £400. to do a basic site could this be done
i want a site that accepts cheques only
i have upto £50. per month to host this site
i am a computer programmer in cobol but i dont know anything about web sites and havent got the patients to learn
any help would be welcome as i dont know where to start

Hi Steve,

I think it could just be done within your budget as you only want to take cheque payments, although a shpping basket might be tricky on that budget Have a chat with Jacqui at Creacom Design.

£50 a month to host it is more than enough. A couple of hundred a year should easily cover it. Maybe the saving you make here can be put towrds the design costs?

As I say, have a chat with Jacqui - if she can save you something on the actual design, I might be able to do something for the shopping cart that you can then pay for on a monthly basis with a small amount up front.

i decided to use a disabled person to help get my site launch that is on this forum
hes just starting out so needs all the help he can get
i support the disabled because i was once in the same boat
i hope you all understand why
