Hi all!
I just had a question regarding what should be disclosed in the related party transactions note in my accounts. I am the director of the company.
I have disclosed the directors loan account balance. I just wondered if I need to disclose things like mileage payments paid to me or subscription costs paid by the company on my behalf.
Any clarification would be much appreciated!
