TV Screen Shots - how?

Does anyone know how to get screen captures on TV?

We may be on ITV tomorrow with our product, if all fits into place (touch wood)

And I would love to get some quality TV screen shots of our personalised rose on the Tv.

How is it done?

Do you need sky to do it?

you can get a tv card for your PC, and there is normally a capture button in the software that comes with them.

Thats one way...

I would record to DVD and then just rip from the disk, thats another!
