I run quite a small company in a niche market. In order to expand and get the best prices I placed an order with a manufacturer in China.
They've taken a month to make the goods and print our packaging and they were shipped last week, so they'll take another month to get here. This is all very exciting for us!
But today I get a message from them to say that one item has a fault and needs to be recalled. :(
I guess this could happen to anyone, but to a small company like mine this is a real blow. We can't afford to have a lot of money tied up like this. It's all just incredibly frustrating!!!!
