correct me if i am wrong but matchmaker marketing in manchester have recently gone into liquidation but they are still ringing out there client bank and telling them that they have changed names due to a buyout. If a company goes into liquidation i thought that you couldnt contact the clients, or continue to run there clients adwords account cause its owned by the liquidators isnt it?

Matchmaker are a bunch of scammeras who seem to be immune from prosecution. No matter how many times they are reported or complains made they just keep ripping people off.

All these scamming companies appear to have "loop holes" or "get out clauses" to always avoid prosecution, Yes Loans are another that appear to carry on trading although they have been severely fined by a regulating authority and I have been informed they shouldn't be no longer.
I know in some cases, if it gets too serious, they have already ripped thousands of people off so they just use that money to set up another company and just carry on ripping people off under another name.
It's a joke how they get away with it.
