Picture this.
Five PM on a Sunday afternoon and I have a legal issue that has just raised it's (very ugly) head. I fire off an email to Jonathan asking, but certainly not expecting, if he could advise me at all...
Now I certainly wasn't expecting a reply of any great detail nor a response until at least Monday afternoon but by 8PM on a SUNDAY evening, Jonathan had not only taken the time to reply but also gave a very detailed and informative answer.
It's service like this you simply cannot buy and Jonathan, if I do require your services in the near future it will be a pleasure to receive your invoice :)
