Netgear wireless audio - advice required!

I am considering purchasing a Netgear MP101 wireless audio system which allows MP3's on my pc to be played wirelessly on a stereo or speakers etc.

i have some questions on the use of this, so if anyone has one or can help me answer my questions, that would be great!
