How do I make phrases like lead generation become a link to a web page?

Hi Dave - If you mean on a normal web page you do it like this:

lead generation (http://www.bizal.com)

If you mean in your signature or on the forums it's slightly different, like this:

Lead Generation (http://www.bizal.com)

It can help with drawing traffic to your site, but if you simply plaster your link on forums without permission you could be accused of spamming.
