Don't be silly. If you want to advertise you have to pay. The ads themselves are free to create but every click will cost your something.

Every time I try to use these vouchers I get rejected as my account has been running for too long.

free advertising is never the best source...you pay for what you get at the end of the day

Well there are other many website where you can put free ads but tell you they are not permanent, the ads will be expired in few weeks or may be months and yeah google adsense is something you can't get for free. You ve to pay everytime when a visitor clicks the ad and visit your website. And onthing i would like to share is if you are planning for PPC or adsense then play smartly otherwise you might end up with losing your dollars.
