I am trying to submit Company anual return online for the first time.I fill the following details . I register my company last year. I am submitting first anual return.

In my company anual return Capital Part is OK?


I register this company online.The bellow is the share certificate email to me by my company register agent .But why .............

is the registered proprietor of 1000 Shares of £1 each in the above-named company,
subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, and that upon each of such
Shares the sum of £ ..................................... has been paid.

Perhaps he'd better read this, or get someone to explain it to him :| maybe no fines, but!!! :

"Remember: It is a criminal offence not to deliver the company's annual return within 28 days of the made-up date, for which Companies House may prosecute the company and its officers."
