I withdrawn money from my account - about 6-7 transactions per month. I need to declare them dividend. How can I make dividend voucher. I pass resolution at the beggining of each month and then draw that some throughout the month bit by bit. But now I am going to issue tax vouchers. From many templates, I saw that it states the date on which the dividend has to be paid. Now I am confused about issue tax vouchers. shall I write just one Dividend voucher for each month , if so, how can I say that the dividend is to be paid on what date? or I have to issue Dividend voucher for each individual transaction? Please help.
