One thing that I really like about what I do, is the fact that I really like what I do. Things are really starting to happen for my company now, plus I have organised my own networking event that will be taking place later this month.

I have hard days and difficult customers, but the majority of the people I work with I really like. Because I love what I do it makes me more enthusiastic and this constantly makes up aim higher and higher but building upon a solid base.

For those of you who are going through a bad patch, if your product or service is good enough and you have dedication and commitment, then you can get through it. I recommend that you read business books and listen to audio learning tapes on a daily basis, it has helped me enormously.

I have been doing my books and later this year I am going to take on my first employee, although if I can I will out source it. I am also putting several phone systems into place, they cost much less than I thought. Because my business is systemised it allows me more time to learn and to network, this is where my skill really is. If in your business you are not doing the things you are good at, you need to look how it is structured so you can focus on these important activities.

That’s all for now people

I love what I do. If I didnt I wouldn't do it. I like to think I help all my clients recover their monies when they have all but given up and it's a great feeling when they ring me over the moon because they have been paid. OK I do take a lot of hassle, but I care about my clients, so it really doesn't bother me the rubbish I have to listen to sometimes (and the threats). All in a days work, when the cheque is in my clients account Im truly happy.

I love what I do. I always have loved design and corporate communications. Now that I have my own company its even better.

When I was younger I used to think that one of the peaks of my career could be to be head of my department and in charge of a team of people. Ive been there, done that and learnt a lot from it but this for me is where I feel the best.

Life is too short to wake up in the morning and dread going into your job. Every morning when I wake up I get the same buzz and excitement about what I can do that day.

If you love what you do then your clients and people around you feel that too.

That's very true, I am a client of Jacquis and Nics and it does come across in your work that you enjoy what you do. That's why I so much prefer working with smaller companies becuase you get people like us rather than somebody watching the clock and waiting for 5:30.

I do enjoy what I do. More so the KashFlow side of things than the development stuff for clients at the moment. Manly becuase KashFlow is so new and fresh and is really something special.

Do I have fun? Silly question really.

Sure, it's great helping other people to have a good time. I really should post up some of the brilliant photos we get.

Yep I sure do.

I like being able to surf the net whenever I like without worrying about the boss catching me.

I like working with the bigger businesses as they have bigger budgets and there is more scope to what I can do (and more income for me hee hee) but I also like working with the small companies and start-ups because most of the people are great. Today I've spent about an hour on the phone to a very funny guy in Scotland who had me in stitches telling all about the start-up phase of his company...and a good giggle with another client over some unintentional double entendres...

I also LOVE not getting that sinking feeling on a Sunday night and it's work again tomorrow.

I also get to network like mad on-line on a couple of forums and a PR specific e-mail list/forum thing, where things can get quite silly. Today two of us were 'virtually' *thump*ing someone and they were saying *ouch* for a long time...I guess you had to be there really.

I also share offices with another company - run by my boyfriend - so I do still have people to chat to (he has 3 staff) and he keeps me supplied with endless cups of tea.

Tomorrow I'm off to visit a client who is also quite a good laugh, and on Friday I'm meeting a local freelance journalist just to say hi and have a drink and gossip.

Do you have fun?
I wouldn't do it if I didn't!

I have loads of fun doing my art and craft, but still have that sinking feeling at 11pm when I turn off my PC at home knowing I have to go and do a proper job in the morning. I just hope it wont be long before I can jack it in. This month was the first month I have brought in enough money from my art to match my monthly take home from my proper job, so if I can do that for a few more months I'll pluck up the guts.

Well my biz is my 2nd job. If I didn't like it I'd get rid! Good thing I like it...

I've always said that "people excel at what they enjoy". When I employ people, and they've been with me for a while, I'll always ask "what aspect of the job do you enjoy the most?" When we've had that conversation I'll tray and arrange it that their career path with us will factor that in. Nine times out of ten we find a way for their "job to become their hobby", as I like to put it!

I have loads of fun in my business, flying over traffic seeing the views and helping others get that same feeling when they take thier first helicopter flight. And when i'm not working I fly some more.

I would like to know if everyone has always enjoyed their business, even the really rough times.

I am in the very early days of my business, and sometimes I crave for the stability of my 9-5 but know I have chosen the right path.

I love the fact I'm in charge of my own destiny and that of my company. I love everything about what I do - or I wouldn't do it!

I guess as it is still early days I do worry about making a success of everything, but at the same time I know deep down that I am loving what I do and that comes across in my work.
