Hello every one i'm simon, i am the HR consultant for Industrial Staffing Solutions (UK) Ltd. Although we are based in derbyshire we client and staff bases throughout the uk. As our name suggests we are an "agency" I can practically hear you all wrinkling your noses. Agencies as a whole get a really bad press and in some cases rightly so, we are trying to change that reputation by treating our staff like they are our employee's rather than "bodies" we signed up to fill a gap. If there is anyone out there who would be interested in helping me with a survey i am currently running please e-mail stating what type of buisness you are and i will send you a copy by return. This is not a marketing exercise this is a genuine request for information to help inprove our buisness.
