Excel Help Please ?

Good afternoon

I thought I was an Excel 2007 anorak

I have been given a spreadsheet with a daily takings and expenses for each day, I do need to print them out but the template has been set up and prints over 2 or 3 pages at a time as it hasnt been set up well

Is there anywhere where I can globally tell excelt o print per page on the entire wookbook

I would appreciate if anyone know to share

You can set the print area in the file drop down menu?

Ages since I used Excel but I seem to recall that if you selected the cells you want printing, you could then set those particular cells as the print area.

I have 365 pages already set up to print normal - i need a way of telling excel to fit to one page for all worksheets

There's the Fit to page option in Print settings. Sometimes cells that look empty are classed be Excel as having data in so might be worth highlighting all empty cells and pressing delete and seeing if that reduces the page numbers.

That should be Page setup. If you select multiple sheets and then do Page setup you should be able to change them all at the same time.
