Hello
This is aimed at those running their own seo company although some of you may have an idea as it is.
I have been doing seo for a while now for a company I am affiliated to and fallen into helping two other companies due to word of mouth.
It looks like I wil be progressing further so wondering what kind of legalities do I need
Do I need a contact written up which I get each customer to agree to, if so where would I have one written? Solicitor?
Is there a need for insurance of any kind?
I know what I am doing but obviously there maybe the odd customer over time who gets the hump over something which I may get the blame for which isnt my fault but need my back covered.
