Directors Reports

Hello,

I am new to the world of business and am in the process of filing my first years company accounts. I have no problems with the majority of the requirements to be sent to companies house with the exception of Directors reports. What exactly is detailed within this report??? Does anyone have any guidelines. Does anyone have a mask I can use. The company is very small.

If you file abbreviated accounts at Co House (and who wouldn't?) you don't need to file a directors' report.
