Hi Everyone!!

I am a business services company, engaged in providing entrepreneurs and small-medium sized businesses the opportunity to expand their opportunities. We provide excellent services in marketing, website creations and updates, business administration, phone answering service, secretarial service, and other business services that you can take advantage of.

Why not try the new craze in business - OUTSOURCING! You could have a secretary, administration person, order take, accounting and someone that could do cold calls to generate new business for you all for a starting price of £5.00/Hour.

Our advantage; we provide more affordable, more reliable business services so you don't have to. We cut overhead bills, salary costs, and time doing the work that will make your business grow.

Hope to get to know you guys in the future!

Hi,

Where are you based?

The reason I ask is that you've put Essex on your profile but your IP is from the Phillipines

I have an office in Essex. But I have my operations here in the Philippines!

Thanks for asking Rob.

Exploitation of cheap labour! We get irritated with Call Centres here in the UK especially when they are based overseas where labour is relatively cheap.

Well, other companies are taking on call centres to do the work that could be done for cheaper and save themselves money. So companies that don't hire overseas call centres loose their competitive edge and therefore go out of business.

Good Luck for 2009!!

Jacqui

Thank you for the welcome.

I set up shop in the Philippines for several reasons.

I saw a potential in the people and I felt that they should be brought into the global market, in one way or another.

Its a great place to spent the winter season of the UK.

And the beer is cheaper.

I disagree there, I think it is going to do a very sharp U turn soon, there are companies already now advertising UK call centres. The problem is not the fact that they are abroad, but that the "advisor" you speak to either cant/wont understand a word you are saying, or has no clue what he/she is talking about with regards to the service they are suposed to be offering.

the beer is cheaper.
now THAT is a good reason to move abroad ;)

Concerning your advantages, you say that your services are more reliable. More reliable than who or what ? Also, can you explain what you mean by "cut salary costs" ?

Thanks

Jacqui

More reliable in that we are always available for the clients of our customers. If our client is busy, they don't have to worry about being out of the office or working on something else. We cut salary costs by providing a more affordable service so that the client does not have to hire people to answer phones and perform other admin services. We do it all for the client.

Well you might be talking about Indian call centers not the Philippines call centers. People that work in my call center have a high educational attainment that would understand everything communicated to them by the UK's general public.

Forgive my ignorance and lack of knowledge about the Phillipines but could you perhaps give some indication by % how many can speak English, by that I mean 'Business English' as opposed to 'Tourist English' because a Call Centre is likely to be confronted with the challenge to communicate at varying levels.

You have stated in your post 'Center' several times. Are you actually American?

Perhaps you could be more transparent with us here since it was Rob that spotted your IP address. We get too many scams on here, not that I am implying you are one. but we are one big family on here! ;)

I wish you luck with your new venture.

I have posted center as I also deal with USA companies. Also in the Philippines they speak US English.

Actually the Filipinos speak 95% english since they were colonized by the Americans for 40 years. Dont get the Philippines confused with the Indian call center market since they are losing business like hell to the Philippines.

As for being transparent what would you like to know about? What I had for lunch?

Also in the Philippines they speak US English.

Sounds even worse! Do they "go ahead and" do things instead of just doing them? Do they use "leverage" as a verb? How about "off of"? Would they tell me to "have a nice day" at the end of our conversation?
